Trademarks not allowed for registration

According to patent & trademark law of Iran, trademarks that can not be registered are:

 

	The state or any other flag the use of which is unauthorized by the government of Iran, medals, decoration or insignia of the Iranian government.
	Phrase or words which may the impression of connection with official authorities of the state or government.
	Insignia of official authorities such as the Red Cross, etc…
	Signs which disturb public law and order or harm public morality.
	All goods related to class 33, according to Islamic laws.
	Common names of products or geographical names that tend to mislead the consumer as to the origin of the product or the nature of the goods shall not be considered as a trademark.
