 3D Trademarks

A typical category of 3D signs is the shape of the goods or their packaging.  Applicant must either submit a two dimensional representation of the three dimensional sign or any other representation capable of being printed.  According to IIPO policy the 3D sign must be accompanied by a label or a word mark. The best method is to provide pictures or drawings of the mark from front, top and side.Please refer to the sample below.
