In order to file an Industrial Design
application in Iran, the required
documents & information are:

Incomplete application is possible,
applicant has 60 day from notification
date by the PTO to provide the missing
documents. Additional 60 day maybe
granted
by the PTO, failure to comply will result in cancellation of IP application.
